Warning:

  • Please inspect Trunck Tray and hardware for damages prior to installation. Contact Trunck Tray immediately if tray is damaged or any parts are missing.
  • To be used with adult supervision.
  • This is not a toy, please do not use for any other than intended purpose.
  • Ensure all hardware is attached per instructions prior to driving with tray.
  • Load capacity 200 lbs, evenly distributed.
  • Ensure locking mechanism is working properly and engaged before driving.
  • Do not place items on exposed pull cord on top of tray. This will interfere with latch mechanism.
  • Trunck Tray is designed to be used with tonneau cover.
  • Do not pull Trunck Tray beyond tailgate, injury or death may occur from falling tray.
  • Do not carry more than 50 lbs with tray locked in rear position.
  • Do not use tray if tailgate is missing or opened while driving.
  • Do not unlatch tray when truck is tilted back towards tailgate. Injury or death from sudden load release may occur.
  • Do not use while off-roading or on rough roads.
  • Edges of tray may present a cutting hazard. Be careful when handling.
  • Be cautious of pinch hazard when opening or closing tray.
  • Tray may become dislodged while driving under rough road or bumpy conditions. Please stop, check and ensure tray is locked to prevent damage to truck bed.
  • Powder coating, protective film or tray may become scratched or damaged with normal use.
  • Prolonged exposure to elements may cause corrosion. Inspect tray frequently to ensure structural integrity is not compromised.
  • Heavier loads will experience slight separation from the magnetic catch to the latch. This may result in tray moving upon acceleration and stopping and an accompanying “thudding” sound. Ensure that load is below recommended capacity. Make sure to put heavier items on truck bed, not on tray.
  • If a load of 100 lbs or more (such as a tool box) is to be continuously carried on tray, it is recommended that Trunck Bar is screwed down onto truck bed through holes on bar. Refer to your truck’s specifications to ensure no damage to components under bed. Screws not included.
  • Check adhesion of double-sided tape frequently – at minimum monthly. Change as needed.
  • Trunck Tray is not liable for accidents or damages caused by material deterioration, improper use or installation.
